The Western Cape is home to Cape Town which is well known for its natural beauty and stunning location nestled amongst Table Mountain. The valleys in between are very fertile. Coastal areas of the Cape offer a range of relaxed beach side fishing villages and bushy scrubs deeming with flowers. The land mass of the Western Cape is similar to that of England. Mossel Bay in the Garden Route has the second mildest climate after Hawaii.
With the excellent infrastructure and the massive tourism industry of the Western Cape it is now wonder that the economy is good. Real estate investors are looking at the Cape with increased interest and with the popular industries of television, call centers, fashion design and high tech there will always be enough work to sustain the growing population. The climate is similar to the Mediterranean with cold wet winters and warm dry summers.
